This is the main file that visitors download from the front end.

Report Type

Choose the report type that best matches the document. Built-in options include annual, financial, strategic, compliance, performance, and general.

Report ID

An optional internal identifier for the report.

Status

Use the status field to track the document lifecycle. PRO can extend this with your own custom report statuses.

Owner

The team, role, or person responsible for the report.

Published Date

The date the report was officially published.

Report Date

The main report date shown on the front end.
