Resolution Details

The main Resolution Details section contains the core fields for the resolution record.

Resolution Number

The official number assigned to the resolution.

Status

Use the status field to show whether the resolution is proposed, adopted, rescinded, or one of your custom statuses if you are using PRO.

Date

The date the resolution was adopted or formally approved.

Description

A short summary shown on the front end to provide context about the resolution.

Document Fields

The Document section stores the resolution document and any notes that should appear with the document on the front end.

Related Meetings

The Related Meetings section allows you to link the resolution to meetings where it was considered, discussed, or adopted.
